Although if our customer feels the need to exchange or return an item, we will gladly do so, given the following conditions:
- RETURN POLICY
Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items returned must be received within 15 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances: Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. Products that are purchased from outside India. Undergarments, accessories, shorts and flip flops. Products bought from our partner stores and websites. BeingHumanClothing.com reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.
- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below: 1. Tap on Order History under My Orders 2. Choose the item to be Returned 3. Enter details requested and create a return request Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. There are no charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
- ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on BeingHumanClothing.com at this time. If youre not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.
IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made at any of retail stores, you can exchange your products it using one of the options below. Please note that items exchanged must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase from the same store, given the product is resalable and unused, unwashed, unaltered accompanied with original price tags and original sales receipt is provided at the time of exchange. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. - EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Exchanging a product is easy. Visit the same store from where you have made a purchase within 15 days of your purchase and you request for an exchange, with no questions asked. Please carry your original retail receipt at the time of exchange.
- EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
For an in-store purchase, an exchange will be offered for the same purchase value. In case of price differential, the store will not refund remainder cash to the consumer. For exchange request of products bought on MRP, exchange will be offered against MRP value of the product, even during sale. We are unable to exchange products bought during sale or promotion.
We are unable to provide Cash/Card refund once the product is sold or billed at the retail stores. The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd reserves the right to make any amendments to this Returns and Exchange Policy.
We currently accept India-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay) net banking and Mobile wallets. Unfortunately we are not able to accept orders as Card on Delivery. Important information about payment: Debit and credit cards are charged once the order is placed. Credit or Debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to pay on BeingHumanClothing.com Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if there is an issue with your payment.
- CASH ON DELIVERY
You cannot pay for orders placed on BeingHumanClothing.com using Cash on Delivery (COD).
- PAYMENT SECURITY
We take security very seriously, so your personal details will be protected. We use the industry standard encryption protocol to protect your information from unauthorised use or disclosure. All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with BeingHumanClothing.com, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. All prices shown are inclusive of GST in Sale & Non Sale and exclusive of any delivery costs. Products and prices which are offered in store might not be offered online, and vice versa. From time to time, we may offer additional discounts for purchases made online that do not apply in-store, and vice versa.
- SHIPPING SERVICE & COSTS
We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently free for all purchases for orders above Rs.1499 from BeingHumanClothing.com. For orders under this value, a shipping charge of Rs. 99 (inclusive of all taxes) is chargeable for each order.
- DELIVERY GUIDE
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same. During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide.
- RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Customers will be required to sign in for all deliveries. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Care team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you place your order.
- DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If our shipping provider cannot make delivery to you at the provided shipping address, an additional attempt will be made the following business day. In case of a second failure to deliver, the parcel will be sent back and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. If your parcel has been sent back, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock. The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd (“TMRVL”)
The “Contest Period” of Meet And Greet With Salman Khan Contest by Being Human Clothing begins 22nd October, 2018 at 9:00:00 a.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) and ends 11th November, 2018, 11:59:00 p.m. IST. Information on how to enter and prizes, form part of these official rules ("Official Rules"). By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. This is not a skill-based contest and determination of winners will be as per the given rules and/or on the basis of the random selection by the Management of the Sponsor. The participation in the contest is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the contestants shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- WHO MAY ENTER
- Contest is open only to individuals who are residents and citizens of Republic of India.
- This contest is open to individuals who are above the age of 18 (eighteen) years on the date of opening of the contest.
- HOW TO ENTER & JUDGING
- There will be a total of 5 winning Entries in the contest. Out of the 5 winning entries, two (2) winning Entries will be selected at random within one (1) week after the Contest Period closes and Three (3) winning entries will be selected on the basis of the highest bill value (total net bill value).
- To participate and enter the contest, the individuals have to shop at any Being Human Clothing exclusive stores (EBO’s and Franchisees) situated PAN India (“EXHIBIT 1”) between 22nd October, 2018 and 11th November, 2018.
- In case of a tie where more than one contestant has shopped of the same amount, the winner will be randomly selected by the Management of the Sponsor.
- Only registered customer will get a chance to be shortlisted.
- No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Contest.
- The Sponsor will contact the winner (“Winner“) via the Details provided at the time of entering the Contest, within one (1) week of the Contest Period closing.
- The decision of the Management in selecting the winner of the contest shall be final and binding on all contestants.
- If the Winner fails to respond to the Sponsor within 48 hours of the Sponsor contacting the Winner, then the Sponsor acting in its absolute discretion may: make further attempts to contact the Winner; and/or withdraw the Prize from the Winner.
- If the Prize is declined by a Winner or is withdrawn from a Winner by the Sponsor : the declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and the Sponsor may offer the Prize to a new Winner by random selection
- The winners shall travel to the destination and date specified by the Management to meet Salman Khan.
- The sponsor will bear only the cost of travel and accommodation.
- All other expenses shall be borne by the winner if he/she accepts the winning prize.
- The prize enumerated herein is non-transferable, non-cashable, non-negotiable and non-extendable, non-compensable for the winners.
The Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any comments, remarks put on the site by any members of public. Any dispute arising out of this contest will not constitute a claim against Sponsor and Sponsor shall not in any manner be responsible/liable to pay any compensation and such dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai. Employees/Staff employed/working with the Sponsors and their immediate relatives viz. spouse, parents and dependent children are not eligible to participate in this contest. In all matters relating to this contest, the decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The participation in the contest shall be deemed to be acceptance of all Rules governing the contest. The Sponsor shall have full right and authority to add/modify/delete the rules, from time to time without prior intimation and information and the same shall be final and binding on all contestants.
By entering the Contest, all contestants grant an irrevocable, exclusive license to the Sponsors or its authorized parties/agents to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, on any social media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to online highlighting entries or winners of the Contest. Contestants consent to the Sponsor, doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant's "moral rights" in their entries. Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party's website does not indicate the individual will be selected as a winner. Additionally, by entering, each contestant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements, if any made in connection with the Contest, and pictures or likenesses of Contest individuals, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this Contest, all contestants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession, if any of any prize awarded hereunder. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage (if any) caused to contestants’ or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to in this Contest.
By entering, the contestants also agree to (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Sponsor and its Management are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the contestants wins the Sponsor may use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, in any publicity or advertising/social networking sites relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law). All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes, fees and surcharges and taxes on prizes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Winners will be required to send us a snapshot of their valid photo-identity cards. These include and are limited to PAN Cards, Driving License, Passport, and Voter ID. The illegibility of the contestant will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned or due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.
