100% Share – Being Human Clothing Rewards Program is free of cost loyalty program by Being Human Clothing wherein any customer can register and earn Goodness Points every time he purchases products from any of Being Human Clothing exclusive business outlets in India.
HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THIS REWARDS PROGRAM?

WHAT DETAILS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO ENROL?
You will be asked to provide name, mobile number, date of birth and other details as requested, by the store representative at the time of billing of the first purchase in order to facilitate the enrolment as a new member.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
Your mobile number will act as the membership number and in order to earn points, you must inform your registered mobile number at the store at the time of billing every time you make a purchase from the Being Human Clothing’s exclusive business outlets.
HOW many POINTS CAN I EARN?
You will be eligible for Tier I membership during the initial purchase of goods from any of the Being Human Clothing exclusive stores:

HOW CAN I START REDEEMING MY POINTS?
In order to start redeeming your points, you need to have accumulated 100 Goodness Points as your balance.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER?
In case, you wish to change or discontinue using your registered mobile number, you can communicate the same to a store representative within 30 days from the date of change of the mobile number. After due verification, the balance accumulated points shall be transferred accordingly. The Company shall not be responsible for any lapse.
CAN I EARN OR REDEEM POINTS DURING SALE?
You cannot earn or redeem points during sale and special sale events. Please check with the store representative for the offer terms and conditions.
CAN I EARN OR REDEEM POINTS DURING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS?
You can earn and redeem points during promotional offers. Please check with the store representative for the offer terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Mandhana Retail Venture Limited (Company) shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of the Programme (100% Share – Being Human Clothing Rewards Program).
The membership is a lifetime membership.
The member shall earn points on the net purchase amount paid by cash or through accepted debit cards and credit cards for every valid purchase from the said store. The program shall commence from 1st September 2014, purchases made before the said date shall not be considered valid for crediting the points.
Goodness Points credited are valid one year from date of purchase. On expiry of the validity period, the balance in the account of the patron shall stand to the balance goodness points.
The accumulated goodness points cannot be clubbed/ redeemed with any other offer/scheme launched by the Company and the goodness points accumulated are not en-cashable and are non-transferable and not-for-sale.
At the time of redemption of accumulated goodness points, the patron needs to be present in person along with the mobile number (on which an OTP will be sent) which has been provided at the time of enrolment as a member of the Program.
The Company reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace it wholly or in part, by another Program whether similar to this Program or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
The Company shall not be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damage or for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Program or inability of the person to avail the Program for any reason whatsoever.
In case of any complaints related to the accumulation of points, redemption or for any reason whatsoever, the patron needs to approach the nearest exclusive brand outlet within 15 days of the transaction being disputed along with the original invoice. The decision of the Company in all matters pertaining to any complaint raised by the member shall be final.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any advertising, publicity or other material relating to or in connection with the Programme, these terms shall prevail.
The Company will not be responsible for any loss of points caused to the member due to any incorrect information provided by them.
This Programme will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each patron agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the Programme, each Patron agrees to be bound by the terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in India and disputes if any with respect to the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
