100% Care – Exchange Policy

With an endeavor to spread 100% love care share in the world, we started Being Human, a clothing line with a heart. We know when customers buy Being Human clothing they are also contributing to the twin causes of education and healthcare supported by Being Human – The Salman Khan Foundation. Hence we deeply care about our customers moreover their purchases and therefore our products are made with highest quality standards. Although if our customer feels the need to exchange an item, we will gladly do so, given the following conditions:

  • Merchandise can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, given the product is resaleable and unused accompanied with original price tags and original sales receipt is provided at the time of exchange.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product will be considered for exchange/servicing  within 30 days of purchase, along with the original Being Human retail receipt.
  • No exchange would be provided in case products are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per washcare label.
  • No exchange would be provided for purchases made outside India.
  • No exchange would be provided if product is worn, used or altered.
  • No exchange would be provided for undergarments, accessories and flip flops.
  • Products bought during Discount/ Promotional schemes cannot be exchanged.
  • No Cash/Card Refund allowed once the product is sold or billed.
  • Exchange will be offered for the same purchase value. In case of price differential, the store will not refund remainder cash to the consumer.
  • The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd reserves the right to make any amendments to this Exchange Policy.
